XING – the right job for you

Job search and professional networking

XING – the right job for you is a business app for finding vacancies, presenting your professional profile and staying connected with workplace contacts. It suits people searching for jobs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as professionals who want to be visible to recruiters without relying only on active applications.

What you can use it for

• Search for jobs using preferences such as remote work or part-time roles.
• Receive recommendations and alerts based on your chosen job criteria.
• Apply through your XING profile where supported, reducing repeated form filling.
• Let recruiters discover your professional background through your profile.
• Keep track of contacts, including career changes and other professional updates.

Research before applying

The app also connects job searching with workplace information from kununu. Employer reviews and available salary details can help you compare companies before sending an application. That makes XING more useful for evaluating a potential workplace, rather than simply collecting vacancies in one list.

XING is listed in the Business category and is developed by New Work SE. It has 1,000,000+ installs and a measured rating of 4.04 out of 5 from 51,509 ratings.
