Back Market - Buy & Sell tech

Refurbished tech shopping in one app

Back Market - Buy & Sell tech is a shopping marketplace for refurbished electronics. It suits people looking for lower-cost phones, tablets, computers, household appliances and other devices, as well as users who want to sell or trade in hardware they no longer need. Products come from refurbishers rather than a typical peer-to-peer classifieds feed, giving buyers a more structured way to compare used technology.

What you can do

• Browse refurbished devices across several electronics categories.
• Compare listings by product details, condition and seller information.
• Request a quote for an old device through the trade-in service.
• Use device checks covering areas such as connectivity, audio, video and sensors when supported.
• Track orders and receive alerts related to prices or availability.

Buying protections and trade-offs

The marketplace is aimed at buyers who want more reassurance than an informal used-goods sale. Listings follow a quality standard for refurbished products, and purchases include a one-year warranty, free shipping and a 30-day return period according to the supplied product information. The main limitation is stock: popular models, storage options or colours may not always be available. Cosmetic condition can also differ between grading levels, so the listing details matter before ordering.
